Ceil leads Lightning to the lab.
CIEL: Dr. Vikel ha studied the works of Wakeman for many years. We recently recover the 0th XJ Series Model. I was assigned to studying his structure and abilities. Dr. Vikel asked me to keep him dormant incase his irreg virus is still present. Dr. Vikel has been aiding a group of robots and fighters in battling several isolated irreg outbreaks.
Ciel and WL enter the main room.
DR VIKEL: Ciel, what's your progress on the XJ-0?
CIEL: 25% complete. His armor is made of a primitive titanium alloy.
DR VIKEL: Very well. What's this?
CIEL: This is WL-15, "White Lightning".
DR VIKEL: You let her in? What if she was an irreg?

"I see, ma'am." Lightning says, in a very understanding tone. "I was wondering if any of you needed assistance in fighting. You see, I've been hearing and seeing these giant robots all about, but they're not friendly like I am." the fembot says.

(You spelled Mach's name wrong...anyways. Sorry I've been out.)
Machaeus meditates for a second, then mutters words that weigh the room with power. A jet-black tornado shoots from his arm, whipping around at random objects and pulling them towards him (the tornado is attached to his arm). He grabs the objects and places them on the floor around him. "Sweeeeeet," he grins.
"RAZOR WIND!" Urufu slices twice, causing two circular blades of wind to fling outwards and into the wall. The circular blades make a sort of sphere with themselves, and leave deep cuts in the wall when they collide. "Oops, sorry, doc." (If you've played Megaman 8, you know what it looks like - it's one of TenguMan's attacks. BTW, do you mind my creating what the abilities do for my chars, TRS?)

"But what about the Irregs?" Jackie reminds her.

"Got it, sir!" Lightning runs our of the lab, swicthes into battle mode where her electric prongs become active, and cuffs form on her wrists, with spikes jutting out. Her rocket bosters fire up and she jets into the blue sky.

"Duh."
"I'll hitch a ride, that okay?"
"Fine by me." Machaeus rips a hole in space-time and walks through, ending up at the aquarium just as White Lightning arrives. "Hey there."

"How the..." Lightning asks, in all shock. She looks back, then at Machaeus. "Oh, never mind, we have a crisis to take care of!" The red fembot pushes open the doors to the aquarium, looksing around for any danger, and scaning everywhere.

"Lighting seems like she's trying to help, Jessie..."
"Oh, alright. I guess I can trust her. Come on, let's go."
The cousins both close their eyes and transform in a bright, colorful light. They ignite their rockets and fly to the aquarium.
"Yahoo! Let's kick some Irreg butt!" yells Jackie as they're flying.
Jessie chuckles a bit. "I swear, when you're a robot, you have a completely different personality..."

The two robots land just outside the aquarium. Jessie starts to speak.
"Okay, we're here. Are you ready?"
Jackie nods. She focuses and kicks open the door with all of her might. Unfortunately, she kicks the door right off of it's hinges.
"Ooops. I really need to work on my control."
"So, where's that Irreg, guys?" the purple robot asks.
