[Ash]

Amy fell down on her knees,breathing heavy.
"Im sorry.I...dont know how he could sneak up on me...Im sorry...Thank you.",she said stammering.

"I need to thank you too.Whitout your help,we would´ve never
managed to come this far.",Ash said as he walked to Amy.
He helped her to stand up.
"Looks like you have the great talent to get yourself into trouble."

He turned over to Machaeus and Urufu.
"Well,I think we should go.And maybe we should leave that coward here.But thats just my opinion."

[Machaeus]

"The ninja wanna-be?" Machaeus asks. "He's already dead. Black Lightning doesn't leave many survivors when the targets are human. Hauling him would weigh us down."
"Then let's hurry," Urufu says, running for the stairs. "I don't want to have to regenerate from a single, charred cell. It'll take years if I'm lucky."

[Ash]

"At least you can regenerate.",Ash shouted as he ran up the stairs.He cursed the architect of this building.
They way down was horrible,but running the whole way up again...that´s just cruel.If he could use his wings,they could be on the surface in no time.But there wasn´t enough space.Ash could already see the door which would lead them to the hall they came through.

[Machaeus]

Urufu perks up as they approach the entrance. "There're guards outside, and the armors just began beeping. What now?"
"We blast 'em all!" Machaeus mutters, charging his hands with yellow-white energy. "Come ON, Hiiruf, we need a bit more backup!"
The glow manifests into a portal, and the lantern archon floats through. "What's up?" Hiiruf asks.
"Guards. Need light ray spell."
"Simple enough," he bobs (shrugging, assumedly). "Wait for your signal?"
"Yes, and here it is." They approach the entrance and are surrounded. "BLACK AURA!" An opaque black barrier surrounds them. "H3LLFIRE BLAST!" A blast of flames erupts above them, killing many of the guards. The aura then dissipates - there're 3 left for each combatant, including Ensign, who stops using the Cham Armor and blasts his targets. Machaeus whips both hands out and shouts, "BLACK LIGHTNING!" The familiar lightning crushes two foes.
"SEARING LIGHT!" A ray of light tears through a guard. Three others begin firing at him, but his small size and agility allow him to dodge every blast.
"LUNAR SLASH!" An airborne shockwave is emitted (sp?) from Urufu's sword as he slices the air, cutting through three guards simultaneously.

[Ash]

"More cannon fodder,huh?",Ash grumbled,as they stood in front of some guards."He equipped himself with his beam cannon and fired once.A large beam blown the first guard away.He pulled the beam around and eliminated the second guard.The third one fired with his machinegun at Ash,and hit him a few times.Thanks to his armor,he took only minimal damage.
"Nice try.",Ash muttered,as he ripped the third guard apart with his sword.

Ash was suprised as he looked at Amy.She was fighting too.She missed her targets a few times,but then Ash recognized that she was aiming for their arms and legs.Soon,the guards hit the ground,screaming from pain.

At once,Ash turned around,looking for something.It was like a cold shiver running down his back.

[Machaeus]

"Something wrong?" Urufu asks. At once his eyes widen. "The armors aren't exploding."

[tachyon]

<Slow clapping>
A figure standing on top of the base entrance, he's dressed in a military uniform but not one of the EDF, and wears a respirator over his mouth and nose.

[Machaeus]

Urufu glares at the man, his ears pinned back. "Who the h3ll're you?" he asks, gripping his blade.
"I don't like this guy for some reason," Machaeus says. "State your business."

[tachyon]

The man inhales through the respirator, creating a hissing mechnical whirr.
"Me?" he says, looking at the pair "I am just a man, trying to make a living in this galaxy. Oh, and your explosives? They might work better with these." he drops a handfull of blasting caps taken from the sabotaged armours.

[Machaeus]

"You don't smell human, and you're working against us. That's good enough reason for me to dislike you," Urufu scowls, baring his fangs.
"Much time has passed, Urufu," Machaeus says. "He's probably just an alien."
"He smells...corrupt. Like Death itself, but evil."

[tachyon]

The stranger stares at Urufu.
"I have heard of you, lycan. It is said that you are," *tilts head* "indestructible."

[Ash]

"I don't care who you are,you'll regret that you aborted the self-destruction!",Ash shouted in direction of the stranger,firing his beam cannon.Suddenly a message appeared on his HUD.

-Warning!Low energy-level!"

His beam cannon folded itself together an disappeared.

[tachyon]

*looks at Ash*
"Well, if it makes you fell any better..." he pulls a small cylinder from his pocket and pushes the red button on top. The earth shakes as a large explosion rocks the base from somwhere deep underground. Dust and debris blow through the open door.

[Ash]

"Ooookay,I can imagine that you've blown something up.But what was it?And why?",Ash said,still furious.This guy confused him.He wondered who he was and what he was doing here.
On top of that,He still had the message flashing up on his HUD.He has used way to many of the armors energy up.

[tachyon]

"You are not the only ones with a grudge against the EDF. Do not missunderstand my words, I have no quarrel with them. But the fact remains that if you had destroyed the armours instead of me...I would not have gotten paid."
