Urufu grins. "I saw this in a cartoon once." He hocks a loogie down the shaft, transforms, and holds up a paw for silence. After about half a minute, he nods. "Okay, it's deep. Very deep. I could barely hear it." He begins jumping across stairways, leaping down a floor and onto the railing each time he jumps. "Come on, we can't sit around all day," he shouts up after five floors.

[Ash]

Ash ran down the stairs as fast as possible,followed by Amy.

"Wait for us dude.Most of us have only have two legs.",Ash said,stopping beneath Urufu.

"Wow.I had no idea it goes it down that far.",Amy gasped.

"Maybe you're just out of form.",Ash commented.

[Machaeus]

"It's probably 30 stories deep," Urufu says from the bottom, "And the two stories right above the last are HUGE!"

[Ash]

"Then we should hurry up.I want to settle this...",Ash said as he continued to run down the stairs.on his way down,he could only think about his revenge.

"Oh man.He sounds pretty angry.But hes right.We should hurry up.",she whispered to Urufu.

[Machaeus]

Urufu nods. "You know this place pretty well, right, Ash? So can you guide us through the area?"

[Ash]

"Yes.It wont be a problem to get to the hangar.The only thing Iworry about is to get out again.Well,my plan was to activate the
self-destruction on some of the armors.But I guess the whole base will be at the hangar in no time if the armors blow up.",Ash explained.

He stopped in front of a big door and opened it slowly.
Behind the door was a large corridor with some doors to the left and right.

"The lab.The metal-armors were developed here.So,the mass-production armors should be here too.",Ash said quietly.

[Machaeus]

Urufu looks around. "There a key or a hand-scanner you can use? 'Cuz busting down this door's gonna be killer on me."

[Ash]

"Dont worry.If they havent deleted me from their database,my ID card should still work.If not,I´ll blow away the entire door.",He said to Urufu.

Ash stopped at a door which was bigger than the others and pulled out a card from a small built-in pocket at his armor.He used the card at the card reader beneath the door and waited.

"Access granted."

"First time Im glad that the EDF is so d**n slow."Amy said,followed by a chuckle.

A dozen people looked in direction of the door.Most of them were soldiers,ready to get in their armors.

"Perfect.Just perfect.",Ash said,preparing his beam sword.

[Machaeus]

Urufu charges in in a flash too quick for most of the soldiers to see. Nine of them suddenly fall away from their lower halves. They turn to see Urufu, transformed - but something's different. Instead of brown fur, his fur is white. He turns, his yellow eyes ice-blue. "Urufu Staton - Winter Wolf Form," he grins thingyily. As he speaks, his breath makes fog in the warm air. The soldiers panic.

[Ash]

"Where do you think you're going?!?",Ash shouted as he sliced through two soldiers at once.He grabbed the head of the last soldier and activated his beam generator,causing a huge explosion.

"That was the last one.",Ash said,looking at the damage they have caused."Urufu.That was unbelievable."

Amy still stood at the door.Not moving.Not saying anything.

[Machaeus]

"Man, I'm roasting," he pants, leaning against an armor. It freezes where he breathes on it. He stares at the icy patch and punches it, causing it to shatter in the frozen area. "Freakin' sweet. I think I remember this. I'm a walking Antarctic-level freezer!"

[Ash]

"Just don´t breath into my direction,pal.It would make this day even worse if I would shatter into thousand pieces.",Ash said as he ripped away the breastplate of an armor.He started to manipulate a small device which was attached to the armors CPU.

"Im not a genius,but I think it will work.Every armor has a self-destruction device.Normally the armors explode immediately if the user activates it.But we should have some time until this one will.I think the detonation will be strong enough to destroy the other armors as well.And...maybe the whole building will collapse.That would solve my other problem too...",as Ash finished the sentence,a small red light inside the armor began to blink.

As he turned around,he noticed that Amy wasn´t there anymore.
"Awww,not again.That girl is driving me nuts.Anyway.We dont have time to look for her.Maybe she´s already at the surface.At least I hope she is..."

[Machaeus]

"She's here," a voice says, and a man without an armor strides into view. He has a knife to Amy's neck.
"D@mmit," Urufu mutters. "Not very quick on the draw, are ya?" he says aloud.
"You're all prisoners of the EDF unless you want her to die!" the man says. You notice he's dressed in black garb and has sunglasses on.
"Whaddaya think you are, a ninja?" Urufu mutters again.
"WHAT WAS THAT?!" the man shouts, putting his knife closer to Amy's throat.
"Nothing, just don't kill her."

[Ash]

"If you dont kill her,I´ll do it.",Ash muttered."Listen.Whoever you are...Why dont we just leave this building and discuss about that whole Prisoner-thing somewhere else?"

Time was running out.The device would explode shortly.And no one could survive in the following blast wave.They needed a plan.Quick.

"Any ideas?The troath is one of the few locations which isn´t covered up by the armor.And if we don´t get out of here,were gonna be roasted.",he whispered to Urufu.

[Machaeus]

"One, and it's being enacted now." He crosses his fingers. "Don't miss."
A blast of black electricity strikes the man in the back. He screeches, the knife being crushed in his spasming grip. He then crumples to the floor. "So this is why you said to follow," Machaeus said. "I was backup."
"I owe you a big one, and I guess Amy does too," Urufu says, sighing with relief.
