Origin:part of project Spawn, Ruri was designed to be the perfect human, it didn't pan out how Skyway patrol wanted so they abandoned the project. Champ later recovered his daughter and took care of her. Ruri is a genius, even getting an impossible score on the SAT. She is however, doubtful of everyone and often refers to people as idiots. Ruri is kind if you can gain her respect, but that is a difficult task...
EDIT:i forgot to mention, Ruri is unable to go past skyway outposy alpha without having flashbacks at incredible speed until her brain overloads to the point she forgets how to remain conscious, this is odd, and Champ believes it is an extreme trauma problem involving Ruri's past
