Objection, Your Honor: godmoding and tangential.
1) Creating a villain who can ONLY be defeated by a specific hero sets up both the hero and the villain as too powerful.
2) There's no way this sort of character would even remotely fit in the world of MLTR. A small-time sorcerer, maybe. But Lord friggin' Sauron? No.

yeah, he's got almost no versatility, although there are loopholes that could get him to fit in to MLAATR

Critism is good as long as it helps.
Becuase this is a group effort, we don't want to make villians that leave them out in the cold.
A few minor changes will do.
Remember that EVERYONE must have some sort of weakness. NO ONE is all powerful.
