"Give us his or her name, Vannessa!" Hiiruf shouts, immediately in Maug's face.
"...I just thought of an idea for a Halloween costume, Hiiruf."

"It requires your cooperation - can you roleplay Navi?"
Hiiruf rolls his eyes (you can't see it, but you just KNOW it somehow). "You're a real character, Mach."

"RURI!" Machaeus bellows, his voice taking on a demonic quality (bowels of He!!-type of rumbling, FYI). Then, in a normal voice, "Calm down. I know your life is on the line, but I for one am not about to let you die. Hiiruf, you know where my new home base is, right? Where these two and Dr. Vikel are from?"
"Yeah. You want me to come get some help?" the archon replies.
"Yes, from anyone who'll listen. Urufu'd be especially helpful here; he's a fricken shield of invulnerability, and his werewolf form scares the pants off of people. As for how I know that, don't ask. You can probably figure it out."
"Heh heh heh. Alright, I'm on it!" Hiiruf then flies out, heading for the lab.
"Don't worry, Ruri, this Amedes guy..." Suddenly Mach's eyes blank out. "Amedes...?" He turns to Inez. "Amedes? What's his full name, if you know so much?" he asks.
