"Newgen"(nue-jen)- refers to next generation robots. cyborgs or androids.
"Irreg"(ee-reg)- refers to defective robots, often hostile in nature.

arbiter=general,leader of parliment in a martian government
GUPAC-galactic united planets and comets, a sort of united nations
n00blate(nooblate)-slang for new and/or poorly made robot, usually one that is design for doing simple or stupid things, and insulting way to say newgen.(yes it's based of n00b, i'll be doing lite slang)
Reaver-strange caterpillar-human hybrids
Coy0t3(coyote)-a major corporation that developed the deepScraftR (deep s craft r) flight unit(this is unimportant in all honesty) the best selling space craft to date, they also fund other projects...
as you can see i have several big ideas, although i doubt they'll all be fully realized

ironclad - a person with cybernetic enhancements.
simcon (simulated consciousness) - Software-based AI; a program that mimics the mind. As opposed to...
emcon (emulated consciousness) - Hardware-based AI; a reconstruction of the brain's circuitry. Some consider this not to be truly "artificial" intelligence.
write-up - The genome of a genetically engineered organism, and by extension the organism itself (especially as distinguished from organic androids). Usually only heard in technical circles.
Eaumor (OH-mor) - Verlan (it's French; look it up) of "Moreau." Humans who have animal parts or traits bio-engineered into themselves. Very big in Japan.

Holovision (HV) - the most common term for Holographic Television, in which 2-D images on the plane of the screen are replaced by 3-D images apparently in the half-space behind it. Portable HV sets are monochromatic (usually blue), while larger sets in the home are in full glorious color. Only a handful of live-action programs are broadcast in HV, due to the difficulties involved in the recording process; however, many recent films and all modern game consoles are compatible with the technology. As a result, holovision is seen primarily as a device for gamers and movie buffs.

Shades - an alien race that can blend in with the shadows. Hail from Yratika. Also used as a slang for ninja/shinobi.

Timelessteel (Time-le-steel) - a metal made by mixing 3 parts titanium to 1 part diamond dust. Expensive, but makes the object stronger, rust-, stain-, and wear-proof, and (in the case of Urufu's sword) sharper.
