hackshock-a program made by coy0t3 that shocks anyone attempting a hack, it can be bypassed, but it may cause the hacker a great deal of pain, Ruri is surprised to find this installed in the wakeman security system

(this is more of a behind the scenes kind of thing) butterscotch: what Alex typed in to override the system in episode 4. I know it's weird.

Dark Device - It's abit like the Golden Chip (from "Escape from the Cluster Prime,") only it gives a Robot a Virus which gives them Strength, Power and Hatred for what is good. And although it makes them stronger, it may crash the Robot's system. That doesn't usually happen untill a decade of wearing the Device. If the Dark Device is destroyed, then the Robot will go with it. It must be removed with a code. The Dark Device is usually worn around the Robot's Neck (If the Robot has a Humanlike Form.) Otherwise, it is placed inside the robot. When the Dark Device is attached to a Robot, the Robot's appearance may change to a Black and Red Scheme. This is placed on Samantha in the middle of the series, but is removed during the last few episodes.
Old Denmark - A Small but Well-Protected Country in Europe. It takes up the East Island of Denmark. It is known for being very High-Tech, and one of the only few countries which still hasn't lost it's culture. This is where Samantha was born.
Tokyo 02 - A Robotropolis which replaced Tokyo, North Korea & South Korea. This is where most of the Development used to occur, but Robots Rebelled against the Humans and forced them to leave or die.
New Denmark - Most of the Technology develops here. It also has a good Millitary Base, so the risk of it getting attacked and destroyed are fairly low.

The Dark Device sounds like a ripoff of Darkchips from Megaman Battle Network...not to diss you or anything. Ah.. i didn't know that. ; I didn't play much Mega Man Videogames when i was young. ^^; Then It shall be replaced with: the Death Virus. Most Evil Organizations use this to get Robots who refuse an offer to join their Organization. Each of the Virus' that the Organization creates will vary, but it would usually make a Robot abit Psychotic, and will make it want to kill. The Robot will want to change it's color scheme to Black and Bloody Red (Most Organization's have this color scheme for their uniforms,) and it's Eyes will change to either colors. (If the Robot has any eyes that is...) The Black Virus will also enable Robots to have powerful Weaponry & Fighting Skills. In time, the Robot will want to self-destruct. The time it takes depends on the Robot, it's not the same for all. The Organizations are trying to develop a different program which would do the same thing except for the self-destruct part, since they do not want to loose their good robots in such a short time. Samantha will be given a Death Virus in the middle of the series, but will be cured from it during the last few episodes.

Nergal: A defense organization rivaling Skyway, they control most military in Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Elritricyr and Germany. Champ is partially employed by the company, and Ruri is supposed to be on it's board of directors. They built the TDND spaceships and fund several of Champ's more eccentric endeavours.

Point-Zero Differential Gravity Drive- primary power source of Vailen technology. Uses the gravitational differntial of two mirco-black holes acting against one another in a containment field. Was used in everything from personal vehicles to starships until the fall of the Vailen civillization. In the event of a containment failure, the two black holes are merged and subsequently nullify each other and close up. Although it prevents them from "breaking out" the process releases a large amount of energy equivilent to about 113kg (250lbs) of TNT. *Trust me, I got a C in physics dudes! ;D Forgot to add: Using the point-zero differential gravity drive it is possible for a starship to travel at and beyond the speed of light through real-space (as opposed to "hyperspace", which is a plane of reality in which the laws of physics allow for such travel to become possible). Reason: when an object breaks the light barrier its mass becomes infinite and therefore it needs an infinite power source from which to draw upon, in this case the point at which the gravitational pull from both black holes are equal and opposite to one another (Point-Zero).

Antimatter For every particle, there is an antiparticle with the same mass and opposite charge (even for electrically neutral particles like neutrons, in which the particle consists of quarks and antiparticle of antiquarks) If and when they collide, the energy conversion is 100% efficient and the annihilation total. Antimatter extends the concept to matter. Its creation naturally in the universe is very common, however brief its existence may be outside of a total vaccum. Very few species in the galaxy can artificially create antimatter, fewer still can contain it for more than a tenth of a second (on average, the total human production is 1/1000 of a gram per year). The more advanced races have used it as a fuel source for thousands of years, and it's export is a very lucrative trade. Most large companies and millitary forces use matter/antimatter reactors in long distance spacecraft. Antimatter weapons are extremly powerfull devices that are highly illegal and insanely destructive. 1kg of antimatter has the same explosive power as a 43 megaton hydrogen bomb (by comparison, the most powerful nuclear weapon ever detonated by humans was the 1961 Soviet Tsar Bomba at 50 Mt and weighing 27 tonnes. Shockwaves damaged buildings 1000km away from its detonation point and were felt on their 3rd passage around the Earth). As a result most antimatter weaponry is limited to space based delivery methods such as torpedoes and mines, as total vaccum negates the effect of shockwaves. Forgot to add: it should be noted that the most common type of antimatter is antihydrogen, since hydrogen is also the most common element in the universe and is easy to create (relatively speaking) its anitmatter counterpart. www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmQIkDkZ7sk <- about the tsar bomb.

New Eden A space station located at Epsilon Eridani b's L 3 Lagrange Point, Epsilon Eridani system. A cesspit of crime, it has been a blight on the galactic map for over 200 years. The original purpose of station is lost to history, but since its construction various criminal elements from petty gangs, pirate raiders and drug runners to mercenary contractors, galactic syndicates and Black Market operators have all set up camp. It is a place with no rules, where the law has no power and justice is a blaster at your side. And where the right amount of credits can get you anthing you desire. All this only 10.552 light years from sol may explain why the Earth is always in danger on an annoyingly common basis. (Technically speaking, New Eden is an O'Neill Cylinder type space station, 8km long and 2km in diameter. Ever see the original Gundam series? Yeah, like those big spinny ones. Or Babylon 5 if your a fan of that.)
